Hi, I’m Michelle.

I possess the business DNA of a strategist, operations expert, copywriter, marketer, business consultant and full-on creative renegade.

After 20+ years in executive leadership, serving as Chief Operations Officer for a global nonprofit and later VP of Business Operations & Development for a SaaS company—I walked away from the corporate grind and went rogue. Why? Because spending my days building someone else’s dream while feeling overlooked in a corporate world built by and for men, just didn’t sit right with me anymore and I got a little salty… but let me tell you, salt when used properly adds flavor to whatever it touches.

What’s with THE name?

Salty Rebel isn’t just a name—it’s how I show up.
It means challenging the norm, speaking the truth, and bringing purpose and edge to everything I do. I help businesses get clear, get organized, and get serious results—whether they’re just starting out or need a reset.

Fun fact: I live by the ocean, so the salt fits in more ways than one. But, make no mistake, It’s not a mood. It’s a mindset—and it gets results.
